Yoga teacher, energetic healer and personal guide who brings women back to themselves through body, energy and lived experience.
I believe every person carries a purpose they are allowed to discover. My work is to help you find the path back to that. Not through clever theories or quick fixes, but through the body, through stillness, through what you already know but keep overriding.
Yoga is my way of living. It runs as a thread through my own life and therefore through the way I guide others. What I offer is helder, concrete and personal: a combination of yoga as a living practice, Rigpa Healing (a Tibetan energetic treatment method), insights from clairvoyance and clairsentience, and practical daily tools you can actually use. East and west meeting each other, grounded in real experience.
The women I work with are aware, capable, often professionally caring for others. They know what is good for them. They just cannot seem to live it. That gap, between knowing and doing, is exactly where I work.

At seventeen, I was already sitting with questions about the meaning of life. A year later I started yoga, and even though that first class was too slow for me and I quit after a year, something had been planted. I moved into the more physically active forms, poweryoga, and discovered something I had not expected: I finally got out of my head and into my body. As someone who lived primarily in her thoughts, that was a whole new experience. Over the years I kept going deeper. In 2017 I went to India for several months to immerse myself completely in yoga. What started as a deepening retreat turned into three months of giving dance therapy there and absorbing everything the philosophy and meditation teachings had to offer. A world opened. I returned to India twice more after that, each time being pulled further into what yoga truly encompasses. A shamanic yoga retreat in Guatemala added another layer entirely, drawing me deeper into shamanism. I am based in Breda and have been working there since 2018 as a dance and movement therapist and yoga teacher. The formal training spans HBO Vaktherapie Dans en Beweging (Hogeschool Zuyd, 2003 to 2007), a 200-hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India (2017), and certifications in Yoga Therapy, Rigpa Healing, Trauma Informed Yoga Therapy and Yin Yoga. Honestly, I am still a student of this work. Right now I am especially focused on shining light on my own shadow sides, because that is the only way I can genuinely guide others through theirs.

Most of the women who come to me have already tried coaching, regular yoga classes, or restore-and-relax programmes. They noticed that those approaches did not go deep enough and did not give them the concrete tools to keep working with on their own. That is not a criticism of what they tried. It is simply that something else is needed. My approach works through the body first, because the body bypasses the stories the head keeps telling. I combine Rigpa Healing (a Tibetan energetic treatment method) with insights from clairvoyance, clairsentience and clairknowing, and with practical daily tools that fit into ordinary life. The physical yoga practice, the philosophy behind it and the energetic work are not separate offerings. They are one integrated way of working, with a safe foundation as the non-negotiable starting point.
Before anything can be explored, safety needs to be established. I create the conditions in which you can let your guard down, not because I say it is safe, but because you feel it is.
Working through the body dissolves what the head holds onto. Physical yoga practice and movement open access to what lies beneath the pattern, below the story you keep telling yourself.
Rigpa Healing is a Tibetan energetic treatment method that works on a deeper layer than the physical. Combined with insights from clairvoyance and clairsentience, this is where old patterns can actually shift.
Insight without application stays abstract. Every trajectory includes concrete practices you can use in your own daily life, so the work does not stay inside our sessions but becomes part of how you live.

Working through the body is a precise method. Overturning the convictions and limitations of the mind through physical practice, breath and movement gets you to your pure self, where both your pain and your strength are held. That is where real change becomes possible.
Nothing opens if it does not feel safe. Before depth, there is ground. Creating that ground carefully is not cautious, it is the actual work. From a safe base, what lies outside the comfort zone becomes accessible rather than threatening.
Yoga philosophy from India, Tibetan energetic healing, shamanic insights from Guatemala, and a Dutch HBO clinical training. These are not contradictions. They are different angles on the same thing: helping a person come home to themselves.
Understanding a pattern is a start. Being able to work with it every day is the point. Everything Bianca teaches is designed to be usable, in ordinary life, in the classroom, at the kitchen table, on a Tuesday evening when you are running on empty.
Bianca is currently focused on bringing her own shadow sides into the light. She does not position herself as someone who has arrived. She guides from the road she is walking herself, and that is precisely what makes the guidance genuine.
If you recognise the feeling of knowing what is good for you and still not doing it, or of trying things that never quite reach the layer where your pattern actually lives, you are welcome to reach out. There is no intake form to fill in, no pitch on the other end. Just a conversation to see whether what I offer is what you are looking for. Send me an email and we take it from there.
